NIAID Test Results

Nature's Extract™ Tested by The National Institute of Health, Division of AIDS

Liquid Science Laboratory submitted Nature's Extract™ compounds NE00, NE01 and NE02 to the National Institute of Health, Division of AIDS for extensive testing in October 2003. All three compounds were shown to maintain control over the HIV virus and compound NE01completely destroyed the virus in concentrations as low a .001ml (1/1000 of a milliliter).

The following test assays were performed by NIAID:

CD4-dependent CCR5-Tropic HIV cell-to-cell transmission inhibition assay

CD4-dependent CXCR4-Tropic HIV cell-to-cell transmission inhibition assay

cell-free CCR5-Tropic HIV transmission inhibition assay

The assay results show percent of virus control, percent concentration of compound and percent of cell control.

CD4-dependent CCR5-Tropic HIV cell-to-cell transmission inhibition assay:

NE01, the original formulation for Safe-Glide, shows a greater than 100% virus control as low as .0001ml concentration then total virus destruction at .01ml.

NE00, the new formulation for Safe-Glide, maintains 100% control of the HIV virus at .0001ml concentration, 90% control at .001ml then destruction at .01ml

CD4-dependent CXCR4-Tropic HIV cell-to-cell transmission inhibition assay results:

NE01 maintains 85% control over the virus and total destruction at .002ml

The results are the same for NE00.

cell-free CCR5-Tropic HIV transmission inhibition assay results:

NE01 maintains 110% control over the virus and total destruction occurs at .2ml concentration

NE00 maintains 190% control/inhibition over the virus at with total virus destruction at .02ml

These tests performed by the federal government's National Institute of Health, independently validate our results and show that Nature’s Extract™ has incredible virus and bacteriological management capabilities. Because we do not use any chemical components in the gel that delivers Nature’s Extract™, and Nature’s Extract™ is a completely chemical free, naturally derived microbicide, we can safely eliminate pathogens by adjusting the dilution levels and target the invading bacterium while ignoring the host cell.
